he was selling a video card on Tom's Hardware forums
icenote was the Seller on November 26, 2013 Toms Hardware
Paid him for a video card via paypal, two days later he messages me saying hes refunding my money because he got a higher offer on craigslist. Not someone you want to deal with in my opinion.
